It updates every day, and it updates by the gear people get. Yes, we downed more bosses than it says we did, but we didn't have someone get the gear from it. But as soon as we get people in the guild with gear from that boss, we have that boss "downed".

Gruul's is a 25 man raid. Group make up consists of 3 Tanks, 1 Mage, 1 Boomkin/2 Hunters, 6-7 healers, and the rest dps.
